For what purpose we treat your personal data

In KLEIN LABORATORIES we process the information provided by the interested parties to market the products offered by our firm.
The data contained in the CVs that we receive in our e-mail, are processed for the performance of personnel selection processes.
No automated decisions will be made based on the data provided.

 

How long we will keep your data

The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary for the marketing of the product and for the legally established periods.

The personal data provided through your CV will be kept for as long as the recruitment process remains open and for two years thereafter unless the interested party exercises his or her right of deletion. Discarded CVs will be destroyed.

 

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is, as the case may be, the data subject’s consent, the performance of a contract or legitimate interest.

The processing of CV data is based on the consent of the data subject, which is understood to be given by voluntarily sending your CV to our e-mail address.

 

To which recipients will your data be communicated

The data will not be communicated to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.

 

Data transfers to third countries

No transfers of data to third countries are foreseen but if data is hosted on servers in the USA, such transfers will be carried out under the Standard Contractual Clauses of Commission Decision 2010/87/EU of 5 February 2010, in accordance with Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

 

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain information about whether or not KLEIN LABORATORIES is processing personal data concerning them.
