0 – Purpose
These General Conditions regulate the purchase of the products offered on the website www.laboratoriosklein.com, owned by LABORATORIOS KLEIN COSMÉTICA, SL (hereinafter, KLEIN LABORATORIES).
The purchase of any of the products entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Special Conditions that may be applicable to the purchase of certain products.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice; therefore, it is advisable to carefully read its content before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the products offered.

All notifications and communications between users and KLEIN LABORATORIES shall be considered effective, for all purposes, when made by any of the means listed above.
3 – Products
The products offered, together with their main characteristics and price, appear on the website.
KLEIN LABORATORIES reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products offered to Customers. Thus, KLEIN LABORATORIES may, at any time, add new products to those currently offered. Likewise, KLEIN LABORATORIES reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
Once inside www.laboratoriosklein.com, and to access the contracting of the various products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will mean the reading and acceptance of all general and specific conditions set in www.laboratoriosklein.com.
4 – Availability and substitutions
KLEIN LABORATORIES intends to guarantee the availability of all products that are advertised through www.laboratoriosklein.com. However, if any requested product is not available or if it is out of stock, the customer will be informed by indicating on the screen that it is not in stock, to avoid being added to the cart.
Even so, if the purchase is made and the product is not available due to out of stock, and the consumer has been informed of this by email as soon as possible, KLEIN LABORATORIES will offer the customer the choice between:
(a) Waiting for the replenishment of the product in stock if there is a scheduled date for this.
- b) Provide a product of similar characteristics without price increase, in which case, the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising the termination of the contract. If a similar product of higher price is offered and the customer accepts it, the customer shall pay the difference. c) Refund of the money.
In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of replacement products by the customer, the refund previously paid, will be made by the same means of payment by which the purchase was made.
If KLEIN LABORATORIES is unjustifiably delayed in returning the amounts paid, the consumer may claim double the amount owed.
5 – Purchase and/or contracting process
To make any purchase in www.laboratoriosklein.com, it is necessary that the customer is of legal age.
The steps to follow to make the purchase are:
Select product and number of units.
Add to cart and finalize the purchase.
Complete the data collection form for billing and delivery. Accept the Privacy Policy and Conditions of Sale.
Make the payment.
It is also recommended that the customer prints and/or keeps a copy of the conditions of sale on a durable medium when placing the order, as well as the receipt sent by KLEIN LABORATORIES by e-mail.
Invoicing
To receive the corresponding invoice by e-mail, once the order has been served, the customer must give his consent.
6 – Duration, renewal, and cancellation of the contract
The customer may cancel the order if the product has not yet been shipped.
7 – Delivery
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting according to the chosen method.
The scope of delivery includes the following areas: Spain (Peninsula only).

8 – Prices, expenses, and taxes
The prices of the products listed on www.laboratoriosklein.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the time of validity of the same and whatever the destination of the order.
The final prices of all the products, (and in its case, the final prices by unit of measurement, when it is obligatory) next to its characteristics, the offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each one of the articles that appear in the catalog of www.laboratoriosklein.com.
VAT is included in the products.
The VAT rate is 21%.
Shipping costs: They will be indicated in the purchase process before making the payment. Free shipping for purchases over 30€.
Prices do not include customs costs, IGIC or special taxes.
The prices of the products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before it formalizes its acceptance.
9 – Methods of payment
The following payment methods are available:
By credit or debit card.
You can make the payment immediately through the SSL secure payment gateway of our Bank. If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card.
This payment method does not incur any additional costs.
10 – Return and withdrawal policy
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without stating the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal is not applicable to, among others:
Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the good or product ordered to inform KLEIN LABORATORIES about their desire to withdraw from the contract.
The withdrawal implies that KLEIN LABORATORIES will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (provided that the product purchased is not within the exceptions listed above).
During this period, the consumer will communicate to the entrepreneur its decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form at the end of this document and sending it to the email address of KLEIN LABORATORIES or attaching the form in the same order confirmation email, indicating in the subject “Withdrawal”.
KLEIN LABORATORIES will communicate to the consumer on a durable medium an acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal.
To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
Once we receive your request, we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return.
The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods.
Returns due to incidence or defect
The products are delivered new and in perfect condition. Even so if they are found with any incident or defect, they must contact the company, to review it and replace the product with a new one and in perfect condition. If the product has been used or is deteriorated by the user or by bad conservation, it will not be replaced by a new one.
11 – Responsibility and exoneration of responsibility
The consumer and user have the right to the repair of the product, its replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, as established in Chapter II Title IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
If the product does not conform to the contract, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, both free of charge for the consumer, which will be carried out within a reasonable period depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended.
If, once the repair has been completed and the product has been delivered, it is still not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, a price reduction, or the termination of the contract.
12 – Customer service and complaints

According to the EU Consumer Online Dispute Resolution and in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
13 – Applicable Law
The present conditions shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force.
The language used shall be Spanish.
